The Southern California Consortium for Community College Television is a consortium comprised of 31 southern California community colleges in 16 partner districts. Established in 1970 with 18 community colleges, the Consortium’s mission has remained constant over the decades – to develop and provide quality instructional materials in an economical manner for the benefit of its partner districts and their colleges. Serving as the Consortium’s managing and fiscal agent, INTELECOM fulfills this mission by producing digital learning resources and curriculum-based course content for today’s learning environments. Consortium colleges may elect to utilize any and all INTELECOM products and services. |
Consortium colleges can take advantage of significant discounts on subscriptions to the INTELECOM Online Resources Network®, INTELECOM’s digital learning object repository that provides faculty an easy way to enhance any course with rich media. |

Content in disciplines including U.S. History, Health, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, and American Government is available from INTELECOM to enhance online, hybrid, and classroom courses. College bookstores may purchase Student DVD Sets for resale, and faculty may refer students direct to INTELECOM’s online student store. |
Access to educational programming is available to Partner Districts through the Community College Instructional Network (CCIN), a wireless cable system owned and operated by INTELECOM. CCIN offers partner districts and colleges a vehicle for providing telecourse and other educational programming to their students and local communities. Its signal strength reaches Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties. |
