INTELECOM to Distribute Developmental Math Video Clip Collection

INTELECOM is pleased to announce an agreement with the Wisconsin Technical College Foundation to distribute its award-winning ModuMath Basic Skills math content on the INTELECOM Online Resources Network®.

ModuMath was originally designed to meet the needs of students who have had little success with classroom or textbook instruction.  As part of the agreement, the ModuMath Basic Skills series will be repurposed into short-form video tutorials and hosted on the INTELECOM Online Resources Network®.  

The series was reviewed by Caren McClure, Professor of Mathematics at Santa Ana College for accuracy, scope and suitability as a resource for development or basic skills math programs.  When complete, the collection will provide colleges and universities a valuable library of 200-300 math video tutorials  that can be streamed on demand as part of online, hybrid or face-to-face classes.  

The Wisconsin Technical College System Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Wisconsin not-for-profit, non-stock corporation dedicated to the advancement of vocational, technical, and adult education in Wisconsin. The Foundation assists the Wisconsin Technical College System and the Technical College Districts by solicitation for their benefit gifts of real or personal property from individuals, associations, corporations, or other entities for specific project activities. It is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, and no part of its revenues are used to benefit any individual. The Foundation was established in March of 1977.
